Human Resources Manager

A well-established organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, recruiting, compliance, workers' compensation, safety initiatives, and employee development. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on HR professional who can partner with leadership, support managers, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • 3+ years of leadership or management experience
  • Strong knowledge of California labor laws, employee relations, benefits, and compliance
  • Experience with recruiting, performance management, and workplace investigations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
